Adjustments:
- Adjust volume for a couple of sound effects.
- Player can now jump with both Space and W keys.
- Make imperial to be the default metric type.
- The injured sound effect now only plays if the player has more than 0 HP.
- The digging sound effect now only plays if the player is digging a diggable tile.
